Effect of Profol Tenofovir Fumarate Combined with Ganshuang Granule on Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis and Its Influence on Immune Func-tion and Inflammatory State of Patients
Objective To analyze the effects of profol and tenofovir fumarate combined with Ganshuang granule on in-flammatory state,immune function and curative effect in patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Methods 92 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis admitted to Liaocheng Infectious Disease Hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by drawing lot.The control group(46 cases)was treated with profofovir fumarate and tenofovir pofofovir fumarate and the treatment group(46 cases)was treated with profofovir fumarate and tenofovir combined with Ganshuang granules.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.65%,higher than that of the control group(76.09%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.733,P=0.017).Af-ter treatment,the inflammation in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function index of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the liver fibrosis indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).After treatment,liver function indexes in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,However,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The com-bination of profol and tenofovir fumarate and Ganshuang granule in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis has a good effect,which can improve the inflammatory state,immune function,liver fibrosis and liver function in-dexes,and it has clinical application value.
