Effect of Dexmedetomidine Combined with Intravenous Aspiration Com-bined with General Anesthesia on Blood Pressure and Anesthetic Effect of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Myomectomy
Objective To explore the application value and anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine combined with intra-venous aspiration combined with general anesthesia in laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods A total of 93 patients with laparoscopic uterine fibroids admitted to Zhenjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to Septem-ber 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group(47 cases)and observa-tion group(46 cases)by random drawing method. The control group received general anesthesia combined with intra-venous aspiration, and the observation group received dexmedetomidine combined with intravenous aspiration com-bined with general anesthesia. The recovery time, stress index, hemodynamic index, blood pressure index and inci-dence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients. Results Before surgery, there was no sta-tistically significant difference in stress indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation, the recovery time and stress index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).At T0 time node, there were no statistically significant differences in diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure and heart rate between the two groups of patients(all P<0.05).At T1,T2 and T3 time nodes, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dexmedetomidine com-bined with intravenous aspiration combined with general anesthesia in laparoscopic myomectomy has strong advan-tages and better anesthetic effect, which can effectively reduce postoperative adverse reactions in patients with high safety.
