Clinical Effect of Autogenous Bone Flap Repair for Cranial Defect after Craniocerebral Injury
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of autogenous bone flap repair for cranial defect after cranioce-rebral injury. Methods 60 patients with postoperative skull defect admitted to Fuzhou Changle District Hospital from February 2019 to January 2023 were simply and randomly selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to odd-even number method. The control group under-went artificial titanium plate repair, and the observation group underwent autogenous bone flap repair. The average length of stay, wound healing,complications,follow-up,treatment satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The good healing rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.630,P= 0.031).The complication rate of observation group was lower than control group. The observation group was better than the control group. The cranial prognosis of observation group was lower than that of control group. The quality of life scores of all dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous bone flap repair can significantly shorten the hospital stay and bone healing time of patients, improve the wound healing, reduce the incidence of complications and adverse prognosis of skull, and improve the quality of life.
