Evaluation of the Application Value of Early Neurorehabilitation Interven-tional Therapy in Patients with Severe Stroke
Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy and application value of early neurorehabilitation in-terventional therapy for severe stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe stroke admitted to Mudan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Heze City,Shandong Province from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into control group(conventional rehabilitation treatment)and study group(early interventional neurological rehabilitation treatment)by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Nervous system function score,quality of life score and complication incidence were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the neurological deficit score and complication incidence in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treat-ment,the cognitive function scores,upper limb motor function scores,lower limb motor function scores and quality of life scores of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of severe stroke,early interventional therapy of neurorehabilitation can promote the recovery of nervous system function and maintain the safety of disease diagnosis and treatment.
