Evaluation of Clinical Effectiveness of Interventional Vascular Emboliza-tion in the Treatment of Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vascular interventional embolization in the treatment of an-eurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods 100 patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to Dongchangfu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects, and they were randomized into two groups using a random number table method. The conventional group(n=50)was treated with craniotomy clamp operation, and the observation group(n=50)was treated with vascular interventional embolization. The effects of surgery and postoperative recovery indexes, incidence of post-operative complications, nervous system function and inflammatory factors were compared between two groups.R es-ults The indexes of operation and postoperative recovery of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence rate of postoperative compli-cations in the observation group was 4.00%,lower than the 22.00%in the control group, and the difference was statis-tically significant(χ2=7.162,P<0.05).The postoperative neurological function and inflammatory factor levels in the ob-servation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage are treated with vascular interventional emboli-zation,which is beneficial to the recovery of nervous system function and has high surgical safety.
