Effect of Venolazan Combined with Amoxicillin in the Treatment of Hp In-fection and Its Effect on Gastric Mucosal Histomorphology
Objective To analyze the effect of venolazan combined with amoxicillin on Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infec-tion.Methods A total of 200 patients with Hp infection admitted to Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups with 100 patients in each group by random drawing method.Control group was given esomeprazole+ bismuth potassium citrate+ clarithromycin+ amoxicillin treatment.Observation group was given venolazan + bismuth potassium citrate + clarithromycin + amoxicillin treatment.The overall effect of the two groups was compared.Results The eradi-cation rate of Hp was 90.00%in the control group,which was lower than 98.00%in the observation group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=5.674,P=0.017).After treatment,the scores of gastric mucosal inflammatory cell infiltration,mucosal thickness,glandular morphology and glandular density in control group were higher than those in observation group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,interleukin-4 and nitric oxide in control group were lower than those in observation group,Interleukin-2,interleukin-32 and transforming growth factor-β1 were higher than those in observation group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of Hp infection,venolazan combined with amoxicillin can improve the eradication rate of Hp,promote the recovery of gastric mucosa histomorphology,and alleviate inflammatory response,with ideal effect.
