Clinical Effect and Pharmaceutical Analysis of Aminophylline and Doxofyl-line in the Treatment of COPD
Objective To discuss the clinical effect and pharmaceutical analysis of aminophylline and doxofylline in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 100 COPD patients in Yicheng District People's Hospital from June 2022 to September 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and were di-vided into the control group and the research group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aminophylline and the study group was treated with doxofylline.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,airway remodeling indexes and lung function indexes were compared between the two groups.Re-sults The total effective rate of the study group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.000,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the study group was similar to those in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment,compared with the control group,the pulmonary function indexes of the study group were significantly increased,while the airway remodeling indexes were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Aminophylline and doxofylline have similar safety in the clinical treatment of COPD,but the latter has a higher therapeutic effect,which is more conducive to preventing airway remodeling and promoting lung function recovery.
