Clinical Effect of Atosiban Combined with Cervix Ligature in the Treat-ment of Threatened Premature Delivery and Its Influence on Maternal and Infant Outcomes
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atosiban combined with cervix ligature in the treatment of threatened premature delivery and its influence on maternal and infant health outcomes.Methods The clinical data of 90 pregnant women with threatened preterm birth admitted to Nanping First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical Uni-versity from July 2020 to August 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the use of uterine contraction inhibi-tors,they were divided into control group and observation group(45 cases in each group),in which the observation group was treated with atosiban combined with cervical cervix,and the control group was treated with ritodrine hydro-chloride combined with cervical cervix.The pregnancy extension time,delivery outcomes,newborn birth and postop-erative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the prolongation of preg-nancy in the observation group was(19.72±2.54)d,which was significantly higher than that in the control group[(17.13±2.51)d],and the difference was statistically significant(t=-4.870,P<0.05).The term birth rate of the observa-tion group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in preterm birth rate and abortion rate between the two groups(both P>0.05).There was no significant difference in birth weight between the two groups(P>0.05).The Apgar score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combina-tion of atosiban and cervix ligature has shown good clinical effect in the treatment of threatened preterm delivery,which can effectively prolong the gestation time of preterm delivery patients,increase the rate of full-term delivery of patients,and improve the pregnancy outcome.
