Application Effect of Perioperative Nursing in Retrolaparoscopic Adrenal Tumor Resection
Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing in retrolaparoscopic adrenal tumor resection. Methods A total of 140 patients undergoing retrolaparoscopic adrenal tumor resection in Putian First Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected randomly as the study objects, and were divided into two groups ac-cording to the time of receiving surgical treatment, with 70 cases in each group. The control group practiced routine care, and the observation group practiced targeted perioperative care. The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups. Results The observation group's first postoperative time to get out of bed, first meal time, and first ex-haustion time were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The observation group's nursing care satisfaction was 95.71%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.101,P=0.004).The complication rate of the observa-tion group was 4.29%,which was lower than that of the control group(15.71%),and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=5.097,P=0.024).Conclusion The application of perioperative nursing to patients in retrolaparoscopic ad-renal tumor resection can shorten postoperative rehabilitation time, improve patients'identification with medical care behavior, and reduce the probability of postoperative complications.
