Application of Situational Cognitive Intervention in Cataract Phacoemulsi-fication + Intraocular Lens Implantation
Objective To explore the influence of situational cognitive intervention on cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.Methods A total of 94 patients who underwent phacoemulsification com-bined with intraocular lens implantation in the 910th Hospital of the Joint Service Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected conveniently as the study objects.Ac-cording to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=47).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given situational cognitive intervention on the basis of the control group.The differences in anxiety and quality of life between the two groups were compared before and after the intervention,and the incidence of complications between the two groups were recorded during the inter-vention.Results After the intervention,the scores of Chinese version of Surgical Anxiety Questionnare were lower in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of quality of life rating scale in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).During the intervention period,the total complication rate in the observation group(6.38%)was lower than that in the control group(21.28%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.374,P<0.05).Conclusion The situational cog-nitive intervention model can help patients undergoing cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens im-plantation relieve anxiety,improve quality of life and reduce complications.
