Intervention Effect of Comfort Nursing under the Guidance of Humanistic Care Concept on Patients with Laparoscopic Myomectomy
Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing under the guidance of humanistic care on psychological state and quality of life of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods A total of 160 patients who ac-cepted laparoscopic myomectomy in Nanping First Hospital from August 2021 to February 2023 were selected ran-domly as the study objects.All enrolled patients were divided into control group and comfort nursing group with 80 cases in each group by random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and pa-tients in the comfort nursing group added comfort nursing under the guidance of humanistic care concept on the basis of routine nursing.The perioperative psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared be-tween the two groups.Results 48 h after surgery,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale[(33.76±4.38)points]and Self-rating Depression Scale[(31.16±3.45)points]of comfort nursing group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.533,6.434,both P<0.05).The scores of each dimension in MOS Item Short From Health Survey of the comfort care group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).On the day of discharge,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the comfort care group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing under the guidance of humanistic care concept applied to the perioperative period of pa-tients with laparoscopic myomectomy can help improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients.
