Application Effect of Individualized Stage Health Education Model in Pa-tients with Cirrhosis Complicated with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding
Objective To investigate the effect of individualized stage health education model in patients with cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 78 patients with cirrhosis complicated with up-per digestive tract hemorrhage admitted to Zibo Infectious Diseases Hospital of Shandong Province from July 2020 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.According to different nursing modes they were divided into two groups with 39 cases each.Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing mode, while patients in the research group were jointly provided with individualized staging health education mode. The mental state,treat-ment compliance,self-management ability, complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the two groups were lower than before intervention, and the study group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 5.13%,lower than that of the control group(23.08%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.186,P<0.05).After intervention, the quality of life scores of both groups were significantly increased, and the study group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, the individualized stage health education model can promote the improvement of patients'quality of life.
