常规护理与有效沟通在儿童骨折护理中的应用价值

摘要
目的 探究儿童骨折护理中应用常规护理与有效沟通的效果.方法 便利选取2022年4月—2023年4月泉州市正骨医院在收治的76例骨折患儿为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,各38例,对照组提供常规护理,观察组提供常规护理与有效沟通,对比两组骨折患儿的护理效果.结果 观察组治疗依从性为100.00%,高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.941,P<0.05);观察组家属护理满意度评分(入院宣教、用药指导、护理技术和沟通方法)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组干预后家属护理知识掌握程度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(下肢深静脉血栓、坠积性肺炎、创伤性骨关节炎、压力性损伤)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 儿童骨折护理中应用常规护理与有效沟通可以提高患儿的依从性.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of routine nursing and effective communication in children fracture nurs-ing.Methods A total of 76 children with fracture admitted to Quanzhou Orthopedic-traumatological Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups ac-cording to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group provided routine nursing,while the observation group provided routine nursing and effective communication,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Treatment compliance in the observation group was 100.00%,higher than 78.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.941,P<0.05).The family nursing satisfaction scores(admission education,medication guidance,nursing techniques and communication methods)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After intervention,the score of family nursing knowledge mastery in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications(lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,hypostatic pneumonia,traumatic osteoarthritis,pressure sore)in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of routine nursing and effective communication in pediatric fracture nursing can improve the compliance of children.
