中医护理在糖尿病合并肾病患者护理中的应用

摘要
目的 分析中医护理在糖尿病合并肾病患者护理中的应用.方法 简单随机选取2022年1月—2023年10月临沂市中医医院收治的40例糖尿病合并肾病患者作为研究对象,按入院顺序进行编号其中1～20号为对照组(实施常规护理),21～40号为研究组(实施中医护理).对比两组患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白、生活水平评分、护理满意度.结果 护理后,研究组餐前血糖、餐后2 h血糖、餐后2 h糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).护理后,研究组生活水平评分及护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 给予中医护理的患者,其血糖更平稳,患者生活水平更高,患者护理满意度更高.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the nursing of diabetic pa-tients with nephropathy.Methods Forty patients with diabetes complicated with kidney disease admitted to Linyi Hos-pital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to October 2023 were simplely randomly selected as the study objects,and numbered according to the order of admission.1-20 were the control group(received routine care),21-40 were the study group(received traditional Chinese medicine nursing).Blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,living standard score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of preprandial blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and postprandial 2 h glycosylated hemoglobin A1c in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the living standard score and satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Patients given traditional Chinese medi-cine nursing have more stable blood glucose levels,higher patient living standards,and higher patient nursing satisfac-tion.
