Effect of Pressing and Burying Needles Combined with Emotional Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Patients with Dysphagia after Stroke and Their Anxiety
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with pressing and burying needles intervention and its influence on the anxiety of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods A total of 90 patients with swallowing disorder after stroke admitted to Yixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=45,with emotional nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine)and observation group(n=45,with emo-tional nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture intervention)by random num-ber table method.Nursing satisfaction,swallowing function grade,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the swallowing grade,anxiety and depression of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with dysphagia disorder after stroke can effectively promote the recovery of swallowing function and regulate anxiety and other adverse emotions by implementing traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with pressing and burying needles interven-tion.
