推拿结合穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效
Therapeutic Effect of Massage Combined with Acupoint Injection on Lum-bar Disc Herniation

摘要
目的 评估腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar Discheriation,LDH)选用推拿结合祖师麻穴位注射治疗的临床有效性.方法 单纯随机选取2022年8月—2023年11月思南县民族中医院收治的80例LDH患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分组,对照组(n=40)单予推拿疗法,观察组(n=40)结合祖师麻穴位注射治疗.对比两组临床疗效及预后情况.结果 观察组的总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.135,P<0.05);观察组的症状缓解时间短于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分低于对照组,生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 临床应用推拿结合祖师麻穴位注射治疗可快速有效缓解LDH患者的临床症状及疼痛情况,有效改善其腰腿活动及腰椎功能,提高临床疗效及预后生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of massage combined with Zushima acupoint injection in lumbar discherniation(LDH).Methods A total of 80 LDH patients admitted to Sinan Ethnic Traditional Chinese Medi-cine Hospital from August 2022 to November 2023 were simply and randomly selected as the study objects and di-vided into groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with massage therapy alone,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with acupoint injection of Zushi Ma.The clinical efficacy and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.135,P<0.05).The symptom remission time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of massage combined with Zushima acupoint injection can quickly and effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and pain of LDH patients,effectively improve their waist and leg movement and lumbar function,improve clinical efficacy and prognostic quality of life.
