Clinical Effect of Huanglian Wendan Decoction on Chronic Renal Failure
Objective Analysis of the effect of chronic renal failure in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 76 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Hongze District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Huai'an City from January 2021 to September 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.They were ran-domly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,38 cases in each group.Con-ventional treatment and combined treatment with Huanglian Wendan Decoction were adopted respectively,and TCM symptom score,renal function index and total treatment effective rate of the two groups.Result After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of fatigue,eating less and being dull,waist and knee weakness and limb numbness in the observation group were(2.42±0.14)points,(0.96±0.24)points,(1.02±0.27)points and(1.87±0.43)points were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.917,10.835,12.201,5.062,all P<0.05).The levels of urinary protein,BUN and SCr at 24 h after treatment in the observa-tion group were(0.88±0.14)mg/L,(112.02±1.56)μmol/L and(4.02±1.45)mmol/L,respectively,which were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.687,5.778,3.985,all P<0.05);The total response rate(97.37%)was higher than the control group(78.95%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic renal fail-ure has achieved remarkable therapeutic effect.
