Clinical Discussion on Bone Injury Recovery Decoction Combined with Manipulative Reduction and Small Splint Fixation in the Treatment of Telescopic Distal Radius Fracture
Objective To analyze the effect of the combined treatment of telescopic distal radius fracture with the com-bination of bone injury recovery decoction and manipulative reduction and small splint fixation.Methods 60 patients with telescopic distal radius fractures admitted to the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the double-blind envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.Among them,the patients in the control group were treated with manipulative reduction and small splint fixation,and the observation group was treated with bone injury recovery decoction on this basis.The treatment effect,wrist mobility and wrist function score of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of the observation group and control group were 96.67%and 86.67%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=1.963,P=0.161).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the wrist rotation,dorsal extension and palmar flexion of the two groups(all P>0.05).All the indexes improved of the two groups after treatment,and the measurement values of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the pre-treatment,the Cooney scores of the patients improved after treatment and 6 months of follow-up in the observation group,higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of bone injury recovery decoction combined with manipulation and small splint fixation in the treatment of telescopic distal ra-dius fracture is accurate,which can improve the mobility of the wrist and promote the recovery of wrist function.
