液氮冷冻对跖疣的治疗作用及免疫功能影响

目的 分析跖疣患者采取液氮冷冻治疗对免疫功能的影响.方法 随机选取2020年1月—2022年12月莆田学院附属医院收治的50例跖疣患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,观察组(25例)采取液氮冷冻治疗,对照组(25例)采取常规治疗,比较两组治疗前后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、不良反应发生率、白介素-2(Interleukin-2,IL-2)、白介素-4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)、干扰素(Interferon,INF-γ)水平变化.结果 治疗后,观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、VAS评分、IL-2、IL-4、INF-γ水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率(4.0%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.121,P<0.05).结论 跖疣患者采取液氮冷冻治疗可明显提高免疫功能,较常规治疗更能提高疾病治疗效果,减轻患处疼痛程度,并降低不良反应发生率,有利于促进治疗后身体康复.
Effect of Liquid Nitrogen Freezing on Plantar Verruca and Immune Func-tion
Objective To analyze the effect of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy on immune function in patients with plantar verruca.Methods A total of 50 patients with plantar warts admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method.25 patients in the observation group received liquid nitrogen cryotherapy and 25 patients in the control group received conventional treatment.The changes of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,visual analogue scale(VAS)/score,incidence of adverse reactions,interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon(INF-γ)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,VAS score,IL-2,IL-4 and INF-γ in observation group were better than ths those of control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(4.0%)was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.121,P<0.05).Conclusion com-pare with the conventional treatment,the patients with plantar verruca,liquid nitrogen cryotherapy can significantly improve immune function and the efficacy of disease treatment,reduce the degree of pain in the affected area and the incidence of adverse reactions,which is conducive to promoting physical rehabilitation after treatment.
