Effect of Joint Cavity Ozone Injection Combined with Radiofrequency Acupotomy on Knee Osteoarthritis and Its Effect on Knee Function and Body Inflammation
Objective To discuss the effect of joint cavity ozone injection combined with radiofrequency acupotomy on knee osteoarthritis(KOA)and its effect on knee function and body inflammation. Methods A total of eighty-two KOA patients admitted to the 907 Hospital of PLA Joint Logistic Support Force from August 2021 to May 2023 were conve-niently selected as the study objects and assigned to two groups by random number table method, with forty-one pa-tients in each group. The control group was treated with acupotomy, and the observation group was treated with joint cavity ozone injection combined with radiofrequency acupotomy. The therapeutic effect, knee joint function and body inflammation were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.12%)was higher than that of the control group(80.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.100,P<0.05).After treatment, all knee joint function scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and all inflammatory indicators were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Joint cavity ozone injection combined with radiofrequency acupotomy is effective in the treatment of KOA patients, which can effectively reduce body inflammation and promote the recovery of knee joint function.
