Analysis of Biochemical Immune Results in Patients Co-infected with Hepatitis B Virus and Hepatitis C Virus
Objective To investigate the biochemical and immune results of patients co-infected with hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients diagnosed as infection of hepatitis B virus and(or)hepatitis C virus in Putian Hanjiang Hospital from October 2018 to October 2022 were retrospectively selected,of which 40 patients with combined infection were in the observation group,40 patients with hepatitis B virus infection were in the observation group 1,and 40 patients with hepatitis C virus infection were in the observation group 2.The biochemical immune indexes were tested, and the immune results of the 3 groups were observed and recorded. Results The immunological indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the observation group 1 and the obser-vation group 2,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The liver function indexes of the observa-tion group were lower than those of the observation group 1,but higher than those of the observation group 2,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The prothrombin time in observation group was higher than that in observation group 1 and observation group 2,prothrombin activity was lower than that in observation group 1 and observation group 2,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus co-infected can reduce the liver reserve capacity of patients, enhance the occurrence of inflamma-tion,aggravate liver damage, and enhance the clotting ability, which may promote the formation of thrombus.
