Clinical Effect of Intravitreal Injection of Arbocept in the Treatment of Diabetic Macular Edema
Objective To explore the control of diabetic macular edema by intravitreal injection of arbocept.Methods Seventy patients with diabetic macular edema treated in Jinxiang County People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group ac-cording to random two-color sphere extraction method,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with intravitreal injection of arbocept,and the control group was treated with intravitreal injection of triamcinolone olone.Results The therapeutic effectieness of observation group(94.29%)was higher than that of control group(80.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.590,P<0.05).The best corrected visual acuity,macu-lar central depression and IOP indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The indexes of macular total volume,N1 wave latency and retinal thickness in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The life quality index score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The treat-ment of diabetic macular edema by intravitreal injection of albocep has significant efficacy and high safety,which can effectively improve the vision of patients,reduce the impact of the disease on patients'daily life,and improve the qual-ity of life of patients,and has high clinical application value.
