Effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium on Cardiac Function and Blood So-dium Level in Patients with Heart Failure and Hyponatremia
Objective To investigate the significance of sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of patients with heart failure and hyponatremia and the effect on cardiac function and blood sodium level.Methods A total of 112 pa-tients with heart failure and hyponatremia admitted to Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into two groups ac-cording to ball-touch method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with enalapril,and the ob-servation group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium.The therapeutic effect,the improvement of cardiac func-tion and the changes of blood sodium index were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(98.21%)was higher than that of control group(87.50%),and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=4.846,P<0.05).The cardiac function indexes and 6 min walking distance of the observation group were bet-ter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The biochemical in-dexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sacubatrol valsartan sodium is more effective in patients with heart failure and hyponatre-mia,and has a prominent role in improving heart function and blood sodium.
