Application and Clinical Effectiveness Evaluation of Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets in the Adjuvant Treatment of Hypertensive Diseases during Pregnancy
Objective To explore the total effective rate of aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of hyperten-sive diseases during pregnancy. Methods A total of 94 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension who were admit-ted to Yanzhou District People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the research ob-jects.According to the form of lottery, they were divided into the reference group and the study group, with 47 cases in each group.Labetalol was given in the form of intravenous infusion in advance and subsequently used oral labetalol hydrochloride tablets in the reference group. The study group was combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets on the premise of the reference group scheme.Blood pressure,24 h urinary protein quantitative level, coagulation function, maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the systolic blood pres-sure,diastolic blood pressure and 24 h urinary protein quantitative indexes in the study group were all lower than those in the reference group, and the differences were significantly significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, and the prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time were all longer than those in the reference group, and the dif-ferences were significantly significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the reference group(8.51%)was lower than the study group(27.66%),and the difference was significantly significant(χ2=5.817,P<0.05).Conclu-sion The application of aspirin enteric-coated tablet adjuvant therapy has significant significance in improving the therapeutic effect of hypertensive diseases in pregnancy. This medication regimen can also reduce the blood pressure level of patients, reduce the degree of coagulation dysfunction, and reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and in-fant outcomes.
