Analysis of the Nursing Effect of Stress Injury Risk Assessment Scale on the Occurrence of Stress Injury in Surgical Patients
Objective To investigate the influence of stress injury risk assessment form on the nursing effect of stress injury occurrence in surgical patients. Methods 200 surgical patients admitted to Weifang Yidu Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into an ob-servation group and a control group using a random number table method, with 100 patients in each group. The obser-vation group received nursing intervention using the Braden Stress Injury Assessment Scale, while the control group received conventional nursing intervention. The relevant indexes of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The stress injury incidence in the observation group was 6.00%,lower than the control group's 17.00%,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=5.944,P<0.05).In the staging results of pressure injury in the observation group, there were 4 cases in stage 1,1 case in stage 2,1 case in stage 3,and 0 cases in stage 4.Compared with the control group(3 cases in stage 1,4 cases in stage 2,10 cases in stage 3,and 0 cases in stage 4),the difference was not statis-tically significant(P>0.05).The Nursing care satisfaction of the observation group was 97.00%,which was higher 87.00%than of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By using the nursing intervention of stress injury risk assessment form,it is able to assess the risk of stress injury of the patients with stress injury, and also able to discriminate the recovery of patients.
