Impact of Stage-specific Continuous Nursing Intervention on the Progno-sis of Leukemia Patients
Objective To explore the effect of stage-specific continuous nursing intervention on the prognosis of leuke-mia patients. Methods 80 cases of leukemia patients admitted to the Department of Hematology and Endocrinology of Affiliated Hospital of Putian University during January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study object. They were randomly divided into two groups using random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group implemented conventional nursing interventions, and the study group implemented stage-specific continuous nursing interventions on the basis of conventional nursing. The psychological state, fatigue level and quality of life Short Form 36 Questionnaire(SF-36)of the two groups were compared. Results After, nursing the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score of the study group was(43.40±4.31)points,which was lower than that of the reference group(46.08±4.89)points,and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score of the study group was(42.78±4.64)points,which was lower than that of the reference group(45.37±5.03)points,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=2.600,2.389,both P<0.05).And the cancer-caused fatigue level scores of the patients in the study group was lower than that of the reference group, and SF-36 scores in the study group was higher than that of the ref-erence group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of stage-specific continuous nursing intervention can effectively improve the leukemia patients'psychological state,re-duce the degree of cancer-related fatigue, and improve the quality of life.
