高血压肾病血液透析患者实施全面护理干预对生活质量的影响研究

摘要
目的 研究对高血压肾病血液透析患者实施全面护理干预对生活质量的影响.方法 方便选取2022年1月—2023年2月盐城市第一人民医院血液净化中心收治的64例高血压肾病血液透析患者为研究对象,以随机抽签法分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(常规护理+全面护理),各32例.对比两组生活质量[生活质量核心量表(Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30,QLQ-C30)],焦虑及抑郁情绪,睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)],并发症总发生率.结果 护理前,两组QLQ-C30评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组QLQ-C30评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).护理后,观察组PSQI的各维度评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组并发症总发生率(3.13%)低于对照组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.654,P<0.05).结论 高血压肾病血液透析患者实施全面护理可提高生活质量,缓解患者不良情绪,提高睡眠质量,降低并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in hemodialysis pa-tients with hypertensive nephropathy.Methods A total of 64 hemodialysis patients with hypertensive nephropathy ad-mitted to the Blood Purification Center of Yancheng First People's Hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(routine nursing care)and an obser-vation group(routine nursing care + comprehensive nursing care)using random sampling method,with 32 patients in each group.Compare The quality of life(Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30,QLQ-C30),anxiety,depression,sleep quality(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI),and total incidence of complications between two groups were com-paerd.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in QLQ-C30 scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the QLQ-C30 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differ-ences in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(both P>0.05);after nursing,the anxiety and depres-sion scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the PSQI scores in each dimension of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of compli-cations in the observation group(3.13%)was lower than that in the control group(25.00%),and the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2=4.654,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing care for hemodi-alysis patients with hypertensive nephropathy can improve the quality of life,alleviate the patients'bad mood,improve the quality of sleep,and reduce the incidence of complications.
