Clinical Effects of the Application of the Chained One-stop Emergency Care Model in Prehospital Emergency Care
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of applying chained one-stop emergency care model in prehospital emergency care. Methods A total of 120 patients received prehospital emergency care in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to December 2022 were selected purely and randomly as the study objects, and were divided into the study group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by the conventional emergency care model, and the study group was intervened by the chained one-stop emergency care model, and the effects of the two groups were compared after the intervention. Results The study group's emergency stay time and initial treatment time were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was 96.67%in the study group, which was higher than 76.67%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=11.574,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of chained one-stop emergency care model in prehospital emergency care can improve nursing satisfaction, and the nursing effect is remarkable, which is an effective nursing intervention model.
