目的 探究对阿加曲班治疗急性脑梗死患者实施临床护理路径的应用效果.方法 随机选取2021年1月—2022年6月邳州市人民医院收治的120例行阿加曲班治疗的急性脑梗死患者为研究对象.将其随机平分为对照组和观察组,各60例.对照组实施常规护理方法;观察组在对照组的基础上联合临床护理路径干预.比较两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、肢体运动功能量表(Fugl-meyer Assessment Scale,FMA)评分、护理满意度、Barthel指数.结果 观察组护理后Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理满意度(95.00%)高于对照组(81.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.175,P<0.05).观察组护理后NIHSS评分低于对照组,FMA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 将临床护理路径应用于阿加曲班治疗急性脑梗死中,可有效改善患者神经功能缺损状况,提高患者运动功能,及日常生活能力,使患者获得较为满意的护理效果,对患者预后改善有重要意义.
Analysis of the Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction Argatroban
Objective To investigate the application effect of implementing clinical nursing pathway for patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with argatroban.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to Pizhou People's Hospital for argatroban treatment from January 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were evenly divided into the control group and the observation group randomly,with 60 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional nursing methods,and the observation group implemented joint clinical nursing pathway intervention on the basis of the control group.National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Fugl-meyer assessment scale(FMA)score,nursing care satisfaction,Barthel in-dex were compared between the two groups.Results The Barthel index score after nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing sat-isfaction in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(81.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.175,P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the FMA score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of acute cerebral in-farction with argatroban can effectively improve the patients'neurological deficits,improve the patients'motor func-tion and daily life ability,so that the patients can obtain a more satisfactory nursing effect,which is of great signifi-cance to the improvement of patients'prognosis.
