中医康复护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者康复中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的 探究中医康复护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的效果.方法 方便选取2022年1月—2023年5月徐州市铜山区中医院收治的78例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,每组39例.对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以中医康复护理.比较两组患者的疼痛情况、焦虑抑郁状态以及护理满意度.结果 护理后,观察组的视觉模拟评分、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组的总满意率为97.44%,高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.522,P<0.05).结论 对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施中医康复护理,可改善患者负性心理,减轻患者疼痛,同时可以提高患者满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)rehabilitation nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 78 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Tongshan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xuzhou City from January 2022 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine rehabilita-tion nursing.The pain,anxiety and depression and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,the visual analog score,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.44%,higher than that of the control group(79.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.522,P<0.05).Conclusion TCM rehabilitation nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation can improve patients'negative psychology,relieve patients'pain,and improve patients'satisfaction.
