个性化护理对无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝中老年患者术后恢复及生活质量的影响

摘要
目的 探讨在无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝患者护理中运用个性化护理的效果,及对其术后恢复与生活质量的改善作用.方法 随机选择2019年1月—2023年6月南通市海门区精神病医院接受无张力疝修补术治疗的70例老年腹股沟疝患者为研究对象,遵循随机数表法分组.对照组(n=35)接受常规护理,观察组(n=35)则接受个性化护理,对两组术后恢复情况、心理状态、并发症、生活质量进行对比分析.结果 与对照组比,观察组老年患者下床时间(15.63±1.38)h、进食时间(16.26±1.48)h、肛门排气时间(18.47±1.65)h均更短,差异有统计学意义(t=14.941、22.887、15.387,P均<0.05).与护理前比,护理后两组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪评分均降低,且观察组各情绪评分均更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的22.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.200,P<0.05).与护理前比,护理后两组患者生活质量各维度评分均升高,且观察组各维度评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝患者护理中运用个性化护理,可降低患者并发症、加速患者术后身心康复进程,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of personalized nursing in tension-free hernia repair for elderly pa-tients with inguinal hernia,and its effect on postoperative recovery and quality of life.Methods Seventy elderly pa-tients with inguinal hernia who received tension-free hernia repair from Nantong Haimen District Psychiatric Hospi-tal from January 2019 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and grouped according to random number table method.The control group(n=35)received conventional nursing,and the observation group(n=35)re-ceived personalized nursing.The postoperative recovery,psychological state,complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the time of getting out of bed(15.63±1.38)h,the time of eating(16.26±1.48)h and the time of anal exhaust(18.47±1.65)h in observation group were shorter,and the differences were statistically significant(t=14.941,22.887,15.387,all P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression of two groups were lower after nursing,and the scores of emotion in observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(5.71%)was lower than that of the control group(22.86%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.200,P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life of patients after nursing were increased,and the scores of all dimensions of observation group were higher,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing in tension-free hernia repair for elderly patients with inguinal hernia can reduce the complications of patients,accelerate the process of postoperative physical and mental rehabilitation,and improve the quality of life.
