Clinical Effect of Doxofylline Tablets Combined with Tiotropium Bromide Powder in the Treatment of Pneumoconiosis and Its Effect on Lung Func-tion
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of doxofylline tablets combined with tiotropium bromide powder on pneumoconiosis patients and its effect on lung function.Methods A total of 68 pneumoconiosis patients admitted to the Second Hospital of Longyan City from March 2020 to April 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 34 cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with doxofylline tablets,and the observation group was treated with tiotropium bromide powder on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,improvement of lung function,symptoms and signs,and inflammatory response of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes of lung function in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The symptom and sign scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The white blood cell count(5.41±0.92)×109/L and neutrophil count(0.49±0.11)×109/L in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(t=6.587,5.876,both P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of pneumoconiosis patients on the basis of doxofylline tablets combined with tiotropium bromide powder has improved the efficacy,can effectively reduce their symptoms and signs,improve their lung function,and reduce their inflammatory response level.
