The Clinical Effect of TCM Anti-cancer Profundity in the Treatment of Advanced Malignant Tumors
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of traditional chinese medicine(TCM)anti-cancer fuzheng method in the treatment of patients with advanced malignant tumors.Methods A total of 58 patients with advanced malignant tumors admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2024 were conve-niently selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by dice method,29 cases in each group.The control group received anti-tumor treatment with patent Chinese medicine,and the observa-tion group received anti-cancer fuzheng prescription of traditional Chinese medicine.The Karnofsky Performance Sta-tus(KPS)and clinical symptom scores were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the clinical symptom score of the ob-servation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with advanced malignant tumors,the application of traditional Chinese medicine anti-cancer treatment has a better effect on improving the functional status of patients,and can also improve the prognosis.
