Clinical Efficacy of Minimally Invasive Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treat-ment of Gastric Perforation and Its Influence on Gastrointestinal Motility Recovery
Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery on gastrointestinal motility re-covery in patients with gastric perforation. Methods A total of 60 cases of gastric perforation admitted to Fuqing Hos-pital from January 2022 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into observation group(laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery)and control group(conventional surgery)according to the method of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery, with 30 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, repair success rate, gastrointestinal motility, motilin, gastric electric amplitude, main power of gastric electric power and surgical in-dexes were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group(96.7%)was better than that of control group(70.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.860,P<0.05).The indexes of gastrointestinal motility and operation of the observation group were better than those of the con-trol group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of gastric perfora-tion,laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery can significantly improve the treatment effect of the disease, and also im-prove the gastrointestinal motility.Compared with conventional surgery,it has less trauma and lower blood loss, which is conducive to postoperative recovery.
