探究种植修复与固定桥修复治疗牙列缺损的效果

摘要
目的 探究种植修复与固定桥修复治疗牙列缺损的效果.方法 随机选取龙岩市中医院口腔科于2021年2月—2023年9月收治的80例牙列缺损患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分成两组,各40例.其中以种植修复治疗为研究组,以固定桥修复治疗为对照组.比较两组治疗前后龈沟液细胞因子水平、牙龈指标、治疗后各项功能评分,比较不同方式的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,两组龈沟液细胞因子水平、牙龈指标较治疗前均下降,且研究组指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组患者在修复后各项功能评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组患者经治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的85%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.505,P<0.05).结论 牙列缺损患者中,行种植修复与固定桥修复治疗均能获得理想效果,而种植修复可更好地改善龈沟液细胞因子、牙龈指标与牙齿功能,提升修复效果,效果理想.
Abstract
Objective Exploring the efficacy of implant restorations versus fixed bridge restorations for the treatment of dental defects.Methods A total of 80 patients with dental defects who were admitted to the Department of Stomatol-ogy of Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to September 2023 were randomly se-lected as study objects and divided into two groups of 40 cases in each group by random number table method.Im-plant restoration treatment was the study group and fixed bridge restoration treatment was the control group.Compare of gingival sulcus fluid cytokine level,gingival indexes,and various functional scores after restoration before and after treatment in the two groups were used to compare the treatment effects of different modalities.Results After treatment,gingival sulcus fluid cytokine levels and gingival indexes decreased in both groups compared with before treatment,and the indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The patients in the study group had higher functional scores after restoration than those in the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the study group after treatment was 100.00%,which was higher than 85%in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.505,P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with denture defect,both implant repair and fixed bridge repair can achieve ideal results,while implant repair method can better improve gingival fluid cytokines,gingival indi-cators and tooth function,and enhance the repair effect with ideal results.
