Application of Frameless 3D Stereotactic Soft Channel Puncture Tech-nique in Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To investigate the application effect of frameless 3D stereotactic soft channel puncture tech-nique in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients of hypertensive cerebral hemor-rhage patients admitted to Huai'an Hongze District People's Hospital from December 2021 to May 2023 were retro-spectively selected.They were divided into control group(25 cases)and intervention group(25 cases)according to dif-ferent treatment methods.The control group was treated with small bone window hematoma,and the intervention group was treated with frameless 3D stereotactic soft channel puncture.The operative treatment indexes and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups,and the neurological function and mobility were evaluated.Re-sults Compared with the control group,the intervention group had shorter operation time and hospitalization days,less intraoperative bleeding,and lower 72 h hematoma clearance rate,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was 4.00%,which was lower than 24.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.152,P<0.05).Compared with the preoperative period,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores were reduced and the Activities of Daily Liv-ing Scale scores were increased in both groups at the time of discharge,with patients in the intervention group had bet-ter scores than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,the frameless 3D stereotactic soft channel punc-ture technique has a good effect,which not only has fewer complications and faster recovery,but also can significantly improve nerve function and mobility,which is worth promoting.
