Clinical Efficacy of Microsurgery in the Treatment of Cerebral Aneurysms and Its Influence on Neurological Scores
Objective To study the clinical effect of microsurgery on cerebral aneurysms and its effect on neurological scores. Methods Sixty patients with cerebral aneurysm admitted to Donghai County People's Hospital from January 2018 to June 2023 were randomly selected and divided into groups by random number table method.30 patients in the control group received vascular interventional therapy, and 30 patients in the observation group received microsur-gery.The levels of serum inflammatory factors, intraoperative and postoperative indicators, complications, clinical effi-cacy,neurological function score, activity of daily living score and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results After operation, the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The amount of blood loss, operation time and postoperative recovery time in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was(6.67%),lower than that in the control group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effec-tive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After operation, the scores of each evaluation index in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Microsurgery for cerebral aneurysm patients is safe and effective, less inflammatory stress reaction, more conducive to patient recovery and im-prove prognosis.
