Effect of Cosmetic Debridement and Suture Combined with Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor in the Treatment of Maxillofacial Trauma
Objective To analyze the prognosis of patients with maxillofacial trauma treated with cosmetic debride-ment and suture combined with bovine basic fibroblast growth factor. Methods 100 patients with maxillofacial trauma treated by Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to February 2023 were randomly se-lected as research objects.By random drawing, fifty cases in the control group were treated with cosmetic debridement and suturing, and fifty cases in the observation group were treated with cosmetic debridement and suturing combined with bovine basic fibroblast growth factor. The therapeutic effect of the two was compared. Results The total clinical ef-ficacy of observation group was 96.00%,higher than that of control group(80.00%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=6.060,P<0.05).The serum epidermal growth factor of observation group was higher than that of control group at 3 days after operation, and tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 were lower than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The postoperative scar length and healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the patient and observer scar scale and vinovka snaiperskaja spetsialnaya were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of maxillofacial trauma by cosmetic debridement and su-ture,bovine basic fibroblast growth factor can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with better recovery effect and lower complication rate, which is helpful to improve various clinical indicators.
