Clinical Study of Artificial Femoral Head Replacement with Direct Ante-rior Approach for Unstable Intertrochanteric Femoral Fractures in El-derly Patients
Objective To investigate the effect of artificial femoral head replacement with direct anterior approach in elderly patients with unstable femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures admitted to Jingjiang People's Hospital from January 2019 to October 2023 were selected randomly as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conservative treatment, and the ob-servation group was treated with direct anterior approach artificial femoral head replacement. The short-term clinical efficacy, hip joint function and daily living ability before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of recent treatment in the observation group was 100.00%higher than that in the con-trol group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.630,P<0.05).The scores of hip joint function and daily living ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture of fe-mur and elderly patients, direct anterior approach artificial femoral head replacement can be preferred.Compared with conservative treatment, the short-term effect is more ideal, effectively promote the recovery of hip function in patients.
