分析肿痛安胶囊联合西地碘含片对老年糖尿病性牙龈炎患者的临床疗效

摘要
目的 评估老年糖尿病性牙龈炎患者中实施肿痛安胶囊与西地碘含片联合治疗的临床效果.方法 随机选取2021年11月—2022年11月福建省明溪县总医院口腔科收治的70例老年糖尿病性牙龈炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为研究组和常规组,各35例.常规组采用西地碘含片治疗,研究组采用肿痛安胶囊与西地碘含片联合治疗.比较两组治疗前后临床指标、症状评分、龈沟液炎性因子指标.结果 治疗前,两组临床指标、症状评分、龈沟液炎性因子指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).治疗后,研究组牙龈指数、菌斑指数、出血指数等临床指标评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.462、6.358、4.300,P均<0.05).治疗后,研究组的症状评分、龈沟液炎性因子指标均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 对于老年糖尿病性牙龈炎患者,肿痛安胶囊与西地碘含片联合治疗的效果确切.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of combined treatment of Zhongtongan capsule and Cediiodine lozenges in elderly patients with diabetic gingivitis.Methods From November 2021 to November 2022,70 elderly pa-tients with diabetic gingivitis admitted to the Department of Stomatology of Mingxi County General Hospital in Fujian Province were selected randomly as the study subjects.They were divided into the study group and the routine group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with Cediio-dine lozenges,while the study group was treated with a combination of Zhongtongan capsules and Cediiodine lozenges.The clinical indexes,symptom scores,and gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factor indexes between two groups be-fore and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in clinical indexes,symptom scores,and gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factor indexes between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical indexes scores such as gingival index,plaque index,and bleeding index in the study group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.462,6.358,4.300,all P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score and inflammatory factor indexes of gingival crevicular fluid in the study group were better than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment effect of Zhongtongan capsule combined with Cediiodine lozenges in elderly patients with diabetic gingivitis is accurate.
