Clinical Effect of Atorvastatin Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Hypertension with Atherosclerosis
Objective To study the clinical effects of treatment with atorvastatin in combination with aspirin in pa-tients with hypertension with atherosclerosis. Methods Eighty patients with hypertension with atherosclerosis in the 900th Hospital of Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistics Support Forces from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected randomly as the study subjects, and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with valsartan, the control group was treated with aspi-rin on this basis, and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin combined with aspirin. The blood pressure, blood lipid level, plaque area before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared be-tween the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the blood pres-sure levels of the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels of the two groups decreased, and the differences were statistically significant when compared with the same group before treat-ment(both P<0.05).After treatment,triacylglycerol(3.27±0.89)mmol/L,total cholesterol(1.08±0.79)mmol/L,and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(2.46±1.37)mmol/L in the lipid levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol of the observation group was(1.95±1.34)mmol/L higher than that of the control group(1.38±0.95)mmol/L,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.706,3.561,2.773,2.195,all P<0.05).After treatment, the plaque area of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment with atorvastatin combined with aspirin for patients with hypertension with atherosclerosis can effectively re-duce the patient's lipid level and plaque area without more adverse effects.
