Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Vitamin B6 Combined with Aluminum Mag-nesium Carbonate in the Treatment of Hyperemesis Gravidarum in Preg-nant Women
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of vitamin B6 combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum in pregnant women.Methods 50 pregnant women with hyper-emesis gravidarum admitted to Jinjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected randomly as the study objects,and the sequences were generated by statistical software were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vita-min B6,and the observation group was treated with vitamin B6 combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms and drug safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of control group(76.00%),and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=4.153,P<0.05).Electrolyte recovery time,fluid rehydration time,ketone negative transition time and hy-peremesis disappearance time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,with statistical signifi-cance(t=2.377,2.437,2.305,3.424,all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of vita-min B6 combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate in hyperemesis gravidarum prognant women can help improve the efficiency and safety of clinical treatment,effectively improve clinical symptoms.
