Effect of Propofol and Midazolam on Patients undergoing Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage Surgery
Objective To analyze the effect of using propofol and midazolam for anesthesia in patients undergoing acute cerebral hemorrhage surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage surgery admitted to Guanxian People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to the form of lottery, with 40 cases in each group.Midazolam was used as anesthetic drug in the control group, and propofol was used as anesthetic drug in the observa-tion group.Vital signs, anesthetic indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The vital signs of the observation group were more stable compared with the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The anesthesia indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse re-actions in observation group(5.00%)was significantly lower than that in control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of propofol for surgical anesthesia in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage during operation can maintain the stability of their vital signs, and surgical anesthe-sia has good timeliness and high anesthesia safety.
