Effect of Cluster Nursing Program Based on Rapid Rehabilitation Concept on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Cervical Spondylosis
Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing program based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods A total of 116 cervical spondylosis surgical patients admitted to the Orthopedics Department of Quanzhou First Hospital in Fujian Province from September 2020 to September 2022 were conveniently selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group(odd number)and an observation group(even number)based on the odd-even number of hospitalization numbers, with 58 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received cluster nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation.Cervical motion and quality of life before and after intervention were com-pared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the activity of cervical flexion, extension, left and right flex-ion,and left and right rotation in the observation group was greater than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of subjective symptoms, clinical signs and adaptive ability, and total scores of the clinical evaluation scale for cervical spondylosis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Patients undergoing cervi-cal spondylosis surgery can adopt a cluster nursing plan based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation, which can pro-mote the improvement of their cervical function and enhance their quality of life.
