摘要
目的 分析5E康复护理模式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)患者自我管理行为和疲乏症状的影响.方法 随机选取2023年1-6月酒泉市人民医院收治的90例COPD患者为研究对象,根据护理方法分为对照组(45例,给予常规护理干预)与研究组(45例,给予5E康复护理模式).比较两组患者自我效能感、自我管理能力及疲乏程度.结果 护理前,两组自我效能感评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组自我效能感评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组自我管理行为评分为(59.90±7.11)分,自我管理认知评分为(56.61±6.92)分,自我管理环境评分为(38.16±4.29)分,均高于对照组的(55.27±6.89)分、(51.51±6.78)分、(33.94±4.07)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.137、3.531、4.787,P均<0.05).护理前,两组情感、行为、躯体感知及认知疲乏评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理后,研究组的各项疲乏评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 COPD患者采用5E康复护理模式可提高自我效能感、自我管理能力,减轻疲乏症状.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of 5E rehabilitation nursing mode on self-management behavior and fatigue symptoms in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 90 COPD pa-tients treated in Jiuquan People's Hospital from January to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into control group(45 cases,given routine nursing intervention)and study group(45 cases,given 5E rehabili-tation nursing mode)according to nursing methods.The self-efficacy,self management ability and fatigue level were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in self-efficacy scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the self-efficacy score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-management behavior score was(59.90±7.11)points,self-management cognition score was(56.61±6.92)points,and self-management envi-ronment score was(38.16±4.29)points in the study group,those were higher than the control group(55.27±6.89)points,(51.51±6.78)points and(33.94±4.07)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.137,3.531,4.787,all P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the emotional,behavioral,physi-cal perception,and cognitive fatigue scores between the two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing,the fatigue scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion COPD patients with 5E rehabilitation nursing mode can improve self-efficacy,self-management ability,reduce fatigue symptoms.
