摘要
目的 分析白血病经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管患者应用基于微信平台的延续性护理的效果.方法 便利选取2020年8月—2023年7月古浪县人民医院门诊维护的72例白血病经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管的患者为研究对象,以随机数据法分为对照组、观察组,每组36例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施常规护理联合基于微信平台的延续性护理,比较两组患者最终护理实施效果.结果 观察组患者及家属各项护理能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组置管期间并发症总发生率为2.78%,低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.956,P<0.05);观察组患者健康行为各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 白血病经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管患者门诊维护期间应用基于微信平台的延续性护理,能够提高患者护理质量,提升患者健康行为.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous care based on Wechat platform in patients with leukemia with central venous catheter inserted through peripheral vein.Methods Seventy-two patients with leukemia who had central venous catheters placed through peripheral veins maintained in the outpatient clinic of Gulang County People's Hospital from August 2020 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional care,and the observation group implemented conventional care combined with the continuity of care based on the WeChat platform,compared the final nursing implementation effect of the two groups of patients.Results All nursing ability scores of patients and family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total complication rate during tube placement in the observation group was 2.78%,which was lower than that in the control group of 16.67%,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=3.956,P<0.05).The scores of health behaviors of pa-tients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Application of WeChat-based continuity of care during outpatient maintenance for patients with leukemia who have central venous catheters placed through peripheral veins improves the quality of pa-tient care and enhances patient health behaviors.
