Application Value of Emergency Nursing Pathway in Acute Ischemic Stroke Nursing
Objective To analyze the application value of emergency nursing pathway in acute ischemic stroke nurs-ing.Methods A total of 103 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Zoucheng People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,they were divide into the patients into the control group(n=52)and the observation group(n=51).The control group took routine nursing,and the observation group took emergency nursing.Call-to-first aid time,house call response time,emergency admission time and quality of life scores were compared between the two group.Results In the observation group,the call time to first aid was(22.41±2.38)min,the response time to visit was(1.34±0.29)min,and the emer-gency admission time was(2.13±0.34)h,which were significantly shorter than(30.59±6.73)min,(2.09±0.34)min,and(3.34±0.57)h of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.192,12.034,13.052,all P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in both groups were increased,and those of the ob-servation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of emergency nursing path in the nursing of acute ischemic stroke patients has better clinical ef-fect.
