Effect of Targeted Nursing on Cooperation and Satisfaction of Patients Un-dergoing Coronary Angiography
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing on the cooperation and satisfaction of patients undergo-ing coronary angiography. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients received coronary angiography in Liuhe District People's Hospital from January 2019 to July 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing modes, they were divided into the control group(conventional nursing)and the observation group(targeted nursing),with 40 cases in each group.Anxiety score, contrast coordination and satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the score of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)be-tween the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing the SAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The contrast compatibility of the observa-tion group was 97.5%,which was higher than 80.0%in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=4.507,P=0.034).The satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 97.5%,which was higher than 77.5%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.314,P=0.007).Conclusion Targeted nursing for patients undergoing coronary angiography is conducive to reducing patients anxiety, which is of great sig-nificance for improving patients'cooperation with angiography operation.Patients also have a relatively higher degree of satisfaction with this nursing mode.
