Application Value of Fine Nursing in Ventilator-assisted Ventilation Treat-ment of Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome
Objective To investigate the effect of fine nursing in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syn-drome(NRDS)with ventilator-assisted ventilation. Methods A total of 72 children with ventilators assisted ventilation with NRDS admitted to Xinyi People's Hospital from January 2020 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the re-search objects and were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given refined nursing. The sleep quality, the inci-dence of adverse events and the satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups. Results The ex-cellent rate of sleep quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the ob-servation group was 97.22%,higher than 77.78%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.571,P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing in ventilator-assisted ventilation treatment of NRDS children can im-prove the sleep quality of children and reduce the risk of adverse events, which is recognized by the families of children.
