早期营养护理干预对食管癌根治术后患者免疫功能及营养指标的影响

目的 分析食管癌根治术后患者行早期营养护理干预的效果.方法 便利选取2021年6月—2023年6月徐州市中心医院收治的98例食管癌根治术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,各49例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施早期营养护理.对比两组营养风险筛查量表(Nutrition Risk Screening-2002,NRS-2002)评分、微型营养评定简表(Mini Nutritional Assessment Short Form Version,MNASF)评分、免疫功能、营养不耐受发生率.结果 护理后,观察组NRS-2002评分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组MNASF评分为(11.27±1.56)分,较对照组的(9.02±1.14)分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=8.152,P<0.05);观察组免疫功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组营养不耐受发生率(6.12%)较对照组(20.41%)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.346,P<0.05).结论 食管癌根治术后行早期营养护理可改善患者营养状态,提升其营养水平与免疫功能,且营养不耐受发生率较低.
Effect of Early Nutrition Nursing Intervention on Immune Function and Nutritional Indexes of Patients with Esophageal Cancer after Radical Sur-gery
Objective To analyze the effect of early nutrition nursing intervention in patients with esophageal cancer after radical surgery.Methods A total of 98 patients with radical resection of esophageal cancer admitted to Xuzhou Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups with 49 cases each by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received early nutrition nursing.The scores of Nutrition Risk Screening-2002(NRS-2002),Mini Nutritional Assessment Short Form Version(MNASF),immune function and the incidence of nutritional intolerance were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the score of NRS-2002 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MNASF score of the observation group was(11.27±1.56)points,higher than that of the control group[(9.02±1.14)]points,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(t=8.152,P<0.05).The immune function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of nutri-tional intolerance in the observation group(6.12%)was lower than that in the control group(20.41%),and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.346,P<0.05).Conclusion Early nutritional care after radical resection of esophageal cancer can improve the nutritional status of patients,improve their nutritional level and immune function,and the incidence of nutritional intolerance is low.
